Panorama Travel Scholarship

The Panorama Travel Scholarship Endowment was founded in 2016 by Panorama Travel to support studying abroad opportunities within the College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts. Eligible candidates include students from the Department of Communication, Lee Caplin School of Journalism + Media, School of Architecture, Department of Art + Art History, The Herbert and Nicole Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts, and the Department of Theatre.

Scholarship Requirements:
• Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 upon selection.
• Awards are open to individuals in any CARTA discipline, at either undergraduate or graduate status.
• Financial support is designated for participation in a CARTA study abroad initiative.
• Students must demonstrate a history of community involvement.
• Prospective candidates are required to submit a one-page letter elucidating the significance of international travel to their educational and professional aspirations. This should include at least one letter of recommendation from a faculty member who can confirm the student’s academic capabilities.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., or international students intending to procure the F-1 visa to study in the United States.
