Conduct travel expenses audits within the Appzen/Concur platforms, ensuring expenses comply with Travel Policy.
Provide travel-related technical support to both internal and external teams;
Facilitate process improvement initiatives and assist with more complex ones;
Ensure timely updates of Operating Guidelines and Operating Standards;
Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders on operational matters pertaining to the process.
What will contribute to your success
- Proficient in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with Concur is preferred
- Background in Accounting Processes
- Expertise in Travel Expenses Audits using Appzen/Concur Applications
- Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
