The USA Swimming Foundation, the charitable branch of USA Swimming, has today revealed the inclusion of two new members alongside four returning candidates.

Scott Rosman and Carrie Stolar were selected by the USA Swimming Board of Directors during their December meeting to commence their roles on the USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors in 2025. Tim Buckley, Jon Kossow, and Greg Pinchbeck were re-elected for a subsequent term on the Board of Directors. Mary Wayte was voted into her first complete term after finishing an incomplete term from 2023-2024.

“Scott (Rosman) and Carrie (Stolar) contribute a wealth of expertise and renewed viewpoints to the USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors,” said Elaine Calip, Executive Director of the Foundation. “Their varied proficiency will bolster our capacity to support swimming across all levels, and we are eager to see the influence they will have as we persist in fulfilling our mission. We extend our gratitude for the ongoing support from Tim (Buckley), Jon (Kossow), Greg (Pinchbeck), and Mary (Wayte) as they continue their contributions on the Board.”

A seasoned professional in media, marketing, and entertainment, Scott Rosman currently runs an independent consultancy, Roz Records, providing advice to companies on integrated multi-platform and multicultural brand partnerships. Rosman’s love for swimming began early, participating with the Highland Park Hurricanes in the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). Drawing on his collegiate experience as both a swimmer and diver at The College of William & Mary, Rosman guides Tribe Swimmers regarding life beyond swimming.

Carrie Stolar serves as the Marketing Strategist and Project Manager at Solberg Creative, having acted as a project manager for sports-related and professional trade organizations, small enterprises, and nonprofits. Stolar was recognized as a Division II All-American and was a four-year letter winner at Vanderbilt University, later attaining her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Currently, she leads the Masters coaching program for the Minnetonka Swim Club in Minnesota. Additionally, she holds the chair position for Minnesota Masters LMSC and serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for United States Masters Swimming.

Scott Rosman was appointed during the Board of Directors meeting to complete the term of departing member Jill Bornstein and will hold his position until December 31, 2025. The other candidates will begin their terms on January 1, 2025, lasting until December 31, 2027.
