Aonic Dives in Deep: $10M Investment Boosts Gaming Rewards Innovator Mega Fortuna

Aonic declared today that it has executed a $10 million minority stake investment in the mobile gaming loyalty and discovery platform operator Mega Fortuna, coupled with the option to acquire its complete share capital for $70 million. This development arises less than a month after Aonic disclosed it had secured a $160 million investment, which it intended to utilize for expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.

Mega Fortuna’s premier product is Richie Games, a rewards platform enabling users to earn gift cards by exploring and engaging with various mobile games. Aonic is confident that the company’s rewards technology will synergize well with other firms in its portfolio — notably Exmox, its user acquisition and marketing entity.
