Citi Travel is an integral aspect of the ThankYou Rewards program and plays a crucial role in the overall rewards framework. This position will concentrate on crafting the product roadmap across all our travel sectors – air, accommodation, vehicles, and attractions. Manage the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring prompt delivery and high-quality execution. The responsibilities of this position include:
- Comprehensive insight into the fundamental travel booking experience on the Citi Travel portal.
- Utilize and collaborate with technology teams alongside the Delivery lead to facilitate a seamless digital travel booking process.
- Formulate clear and actionable specifications for new features that convey business requirements with precision and transparency, fostering alignment among stakeholders.
- Persuade across the organization to advocate for priorities and navigate obstacles to influence key KPIs.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve production challenges that impact customer experiences.
- Develop business cases and provide value by proactively identifying prospects for enhancements and expansion.
- Collaborate with servicing, marketing, compliance, and risk management teams to set roadmap priorities.
- Track, report, and deliver robust analytics that support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, including ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including presentation skills.
- Experience in project management and governance with a proven ability to develop project plans and mobilize a diverse group of stakeholders to recognize and achieve milestones within designated timelines.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven capability to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities alongside excellent judgment and analytical thinking.
- Self-driven with a commitment to fostering and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
- Proven relationship management skills, capable of strengthening relationships, forging partnerships, and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders across various business sectors and critical support areas.
- Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to question and identify opportunities within current processes and business operations by utilizing prior experiences and knowledge of the organization.
- Extensive functional understanding of Credit Card Rewards is advantageous.
- Pragmatic problem-solver, forward-thinking, and independent-minded.
