The Travel & Indirect Procurement Analyst is tasked with managing our travel management program, reporting to and collaborating closely with the Indirect Procurement Manager. This encompasses monitoring adherence to our travel guidelines for our staff, resolving expense discrepancies on our TMC platform, analyzing & rectifying issues with corporate cards, managing monthly reconciliations in our ERP systems, and crafting travel compliance reports to present to cross-functional leadership.

Additionally, this position will have the chance to contribute to the advancement of Indirect Procurement tools & reporting to enhance the capabilities of the Indirect Procurement team. This role necessitates the ability to independently assess data to pinpoint trends and formulate recommendations.

  • Primary contact for addressing and resolving staff inquiries related to our Travel Management platform
  • Administration and oversight of our corporate card program
  • Compile month-end corporate card reports for account reconciliations in SAP
  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze corporate card expenditure, monitor non-compliance, and provide a summary of findings
  • Create presentations on travel non-compliance to be delivered to leadership across the organization
  • Assist in implementing Indirect Procurement systems & expenditure reporting
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relations
  • Perform duties aligned with the company’s AAP/EEO objectives and policies
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required/assigned by the manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related business field
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Systems
  • Experience working within a corporate travel environment
  • Familiarity with expense reporting systems and travel management software
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to detect trends
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SAP / other ERP systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation
  • Present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all management levels
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Highly driven and result-oriented
  • Experience in planning and executing processes

Working Conditions:

Wolverine Worldwide offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule, comprising three days in the office and two days remote.
