OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
Accountable for managing and overseeing all aspects of Recreation and Lifestyle, including spa, swimming pool, wellness initiatives, brand alignment, public relations efforts, revenue generation, services, operational hours, recreational facilities, and staff. Facilitates the delivery of spa services, which include salon, skincare, fitness and wellness, massage, program coordination, reservations, reception area, and locker room spaces. As a department head, provides direction and collaborates with the management team and hourly staff to successfully implement all spa operations. Continuously pursues enhancements in guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the department’s financial performance. Develops and executes marketing strategies for the fitness assessment center and health initiatives.

• Chooses vendors for spa retail operations and oversees contract agreements.

• Formulates and supervises spa promotions, including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing initiatives, and seasonal events.
• Ensures spa services are included in all property-related marketing and advertising efforts.
