As Disney PhotoPass Photographers, we are tasked with providing Guests the chance to memorialize their experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort with top-notch photos utilizing the latest digital tools. In this position, we approach Guests to present photography opportunities, and we also operate in a preview center to take and process orders, restock items, and manage inventory.

Key Duties:

  • Actively interact with guests to present photography chances
  • Capture high-quality images of guests utilizing Disney PhotoPass technology
  • Attend to guests’ requirements, respond to inquiries, provide directions, and offer additional information
  • Remain standing for prolonged durations during busy operational times, mainly in outdoor environments
  • Execute physical tasks that involve heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
  • Assume responsibility during emergencies
  • Speak publicly in front of groups of various sizes
  • Flexibility to adapt to the variable demands of our operations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Cast Members may need to manage cleaning agents and supplies
  • Comply with Walt Disney World Transfer Guidelines: A maximum of one (1) reprimand in the last six (6) months and no more than four (4) attendance records in the last six (6) months
  • Part-Time requires complete availability for any shift, any (3) days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-Time Cast Members will have shifts ranging from 0 to 24 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual
  • Experience in photography
  • Familiarity with photography editing software
  • Comfortable utilizing Disney technology (Magicbands, My Disney Experience app, etc.)

Additional Notes:

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with some shifts beginning as early as 5:00am and others concluding as late as 3:00am, 4:00am, or 5:00am. Please be aware that seniority principles are utilized to schedule all roles.
