WINTHROP, Mass. – First-year Aiden Hebb (Waterbury, Conn.) of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) men’s swimming and diving squad was awarded the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Freshman of the Week as declared by the conference administration on Monday afternoon in its tenth weekly announcement of the 2024-25 season. This accolade signifies the fourth occasion that Hebb has secured a weekly conference honor this season, and throughout his career.

Hebb proceeded with his record-shattering season, establishing a new program benchmark in the 1-Meter Diving (Six Dives) with a total of 186.59 points during the Blue Jays duel meet against Gordon College this past Saturday. The first-year competitor also triumphed in the 200-yard breaststroke for the Blue Jays, finishing in a time of 2:21.96.
