Dallas, Jan. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maranello, a luxury auto garages firm based in Plano, outlined its intentions for Texas’ inaugural facility tailored specifically for sports car enthusiasts featuring indoor-facing garage condos. The initiative, envisioned by Dallas property developer and motorsports aficionado Michael Holigan, aspires to deliver a unique experience for owners of luxurious sports vehicles, connected by their love for racing and collecting cars as well as motorcycles. The venue will be accessible to its members throughout the year and will facilitate car exhibitions and exclusive events.

Situated in Plano at the Northeast intersection of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane, adjacent to George W. Bush Turnpike, the expansive 200,000-square-foot complex will occupy over 11 acres of land. This prime location is merely 20 minutes from Highland Park, University Park, and the primary airports in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Construction of this luxury space is set to commence in the upcoming months and is anticipated to be fully functional by the spring of 2026.

The upscale auto garage will include 79 garage condos, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet in size on the ground level. Each condo is equipped with a steel mezzanine and staircase, complete with full utilities, allowing owners to customize their ideal garage. Each garage condo will feature app-controlled HVAC systems and glass garage doors that open into the facility’s interior.

The facility is designed to incorporate a 13,000 square foot two-story lounge and a 60,000 square foot open-air concours, centrally located within the building for both public and private gatherings. “This will become the premier destination for car exhibitions in Texas,” claims Holigan.
