MP welcomes refusal of grownup gaming centre plan in Peterborough

An MP has welcomed the choice to refuse planning permission for a brand new grownup gaming centre.

It would have been positioned within the former Wilko unit at Peterborough’s Hereward Cross Shopping Centre.

Planning paperwork acknowledged it was refused over considerations it will “harm the vitality and viability of the Broadway area”.

The metropolis’s Labour Co-op MP Andrew Pakes stated the council determination “reflected growing concerns” concerning the variety of playing and vaping retailers.
