Swimming & Diving Provides Caroline Pape to Coaching Workers

WASHINGTON – The George Washington University swimming & diving groups have introduced Caroline Pape as the subsequent assistant coach of the applications. Pape, a former Division I swimmer at Georgia Tech, involves GW after a profitable collegiate profession and with three years of teaching expertise.

Pape swam 4 seasons for the Yellow Jackets from 2021-2025, competing primarily briefly freestyle and butterfly occasions. Pape and Rego met at Georgia Tech in 2021 – Pape as a freshman swimmer and Rego as Associate Head Coach. Pape graduated this previous spring with an undergraduate diploma in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Health & Medical Sciences.

Pape started her teaching profession in 2022 as Assistant Coach at Swim Atlanta, a premier youth swim membership. There, Pape labored to develop youth ages 6-18, instructing stroke, method and the basics of swimming. Pape designed coaching applications and launched the methods of aim making, group constructing and private development to assist foster growth.

Additionally, Pape served as Head Director for the Shark Pups Program at Garden Hills Pool in Atlanta for one summer time, the place she carried out a learn-to-swim program for kids ages 4-8.
