Comfort Art Fest showcases dozens of Hill Country artists

COMFORT — A choose group of Hill Country artists will exhibit, show and promote their works representing quite a lot of media — from oil work and pictures to glasswork — on the 2025 Comfort Art Festival on Saturday, Sept. 20.

Artists will greet customers and have shows inside and in entrance of Comfort eating places, boutiques and specialty and vintage outlets all through the downtown historic district.

The Art Fest opens at 10 a.m. and runs via 4 p.m. A listing of artists and a map of their places shall be out there at taking part retailers.

Established in 2009 because the Comfort Fall Art Walk, the occasion shortly turned a Hill Country custom “Each year our artists bring their one-of-a-kind pieces to the streets of Comfort,” stated Julie Kuykendall, occasion organizer. “These unique pieces complement the antiques that shoppers seek when they come to Comfort, and our event provides a way for merchants and shoppers alike to support these area artists.”
