Job Description

• Responsible for conducting proxy caregiver coaching upon rent and yearly.
• Provide quarterly statement and documentation of medicine aides passing medicines to confirm competency.
• Complete expertise competency checklists for medicine aides and resident care aides upon rent and yearly.  
• Respond rapidly to all emergencies.
• Maintain shut communication with Health and Wellness Directors.
• Provide instructional conferences for resident care employees as wanted.
• Provide employees in-service and schooling as wanted.
• Manage licensed and non-licensed care employees as wanted.

Qualifications

• You have at the least an Bachelor’s Degree in a nursing subject.
• 3+ years of nursing or direct resident care expertise in a healthcare facility. 
• You have administration expertise.
