EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State athletes Rachel Forsyth and Moses Osterink have been named Big Ten Cross Country Runners to Watch. The watch lists have been decided by the league’s head coaches.

Forsyth, a sophomore from Ann Arbor, Michigan, earned Great Lakes Region Cross Country Runner of the Year final season after ending sixteenth within the NCAA Championships. She captured first-team All-American honors and was the primary Spartan to try this since Jenna Magness in 2021. She was additionally the Big Ten Freshman of the Year after a strong rookie marketing campaign.

Osterink, a junior from Wyoming, Michigan, was the Spartans’ third-best finisher on the Big Ten Championship final season.
