Rewire 7,945 Pupil-Athletes Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll

2024-25 ACC Academic Honor Roll

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference introduced the 2024-25 ACC Academic Honor Roll on Friday, recognizing a league report 7,945 student-athletes for classroom excellence throughout the latest educational 12 months.

The ACC Academic Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes who participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade level common of three.0 or higher for the complete educational 12 months. This marks the sixth consecutive 12 months during which not less than 5,500 ACC student-athletes have achieved Honor Roll standing.

“We applaud our incredible student-athletes for their hard work, diligence and success in the classroom and competition this past academic year,” stated ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips, Ph.D. “We offer our congratulations to the thousands who earned ACC Academic Honor Roll distinction this year and also recognize the many individuals who tirelessly work to support them on all of our campuses.”

In its first 12 months of ACC competitors, Stanford led all faculties with 790 honorees. Duke, which has led all faculties for 36 out of 38 years of the Honor Roll, had 668 Honor Roll student-athletes, whereas California positioned 602. Virginia (567), North Carolina (557), Boston College (520), Notre Dame (471), Louisville (447) and Clemson (406) every had greater than 400 student-athletes earn recognition.
