North Northamptonshire Council in impasse over net-zero targets

“We can’t afford this – we need to be realistic and have common sense.”

The panel voted to suggest that the chief lengthen the deadline to turning into carbon neutral to 2050, coinciding with the UK authorities’s legally binding goal.
