Carnival Cruise Line continues to unveil its 2027-2028 line-up, with plans for 3 homeports because it opens new sailings in Long Beach, Calif., Norfolk, Va. and Baltimore, Md.
With seasonal cruises on Carnival Legend in Long Beach, Carnival will launch its first-ever devoted sequence of Hawaii cruises. Carnival can be repositioning Carnival Freedom to Norfolk and increasing Carnival Pride’s year-round service in Baltimore.

Christine Duffy, Carnival Cruise Line president, mentioned: “This update to our 2027/28 represents important pieces of our strategy to deliver more fun experiences that only Carnival can offer. With fun on the move, we’re creating new options – a newer ship for Norfolk and a new series dedicated to Hawaii sailings from Long Beach are both great examples of that.”
