Front of House & Social Media Coordinator (Occasional, Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Front of House & Social Media Coordinator helps join households to PB&J Concerts by making a welcoming atmosphere at performances and by sharing participating program content material throughout social media.
Responsibilities
Front of House
- Attend most PB&J concert events
- Assist with live performance set-up and tear-down
- Welcome households as they arrive
- Take pictures throughout concert events
- Run raffles and accumulate emails for mailing lists
- Implement and summarize viewers survey information and attendance numbers
Social Media
- Design inventive posts that spotlight PB&J’s strengths and construct pleasure for upcoming occasions
- Write clear, participating captions and duplicate
- Create quick movies to interact audiences
- Develop and preserve a constant posting schedule/calendar
- Monitor posts and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and different platforms as wanted
- Stay updated on social media tendencies and advise on greatest practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Warm, approachable demeanor with households, kids, and artists
- Strong organizational expertise and a focus to element
- Creativity and adaptability
- Reliability and follow-through
- Access to a dependable car (with the power to often transport live performance supplies)
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms
- Experience with analytics is useful, however not required
- Flexible schedule required: concert events are totally on Saturday mornings, with some weekday mornings and evenings
Compensation
- $250/month for social media obligations (1-2 hours/week)
- $60 per live performance (common 6 per thirty days)
