CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WVDN) – Governor Patrick Morrisey introduced the appointment of Gregory A. Watt of Hacker Valley to symbolize the forty eighth District within the West Virginia House of Delegates.

Watt is a retired U.S. Army officer with 28 years of energetic responsibility service and greater than 16 years in protection contracting and program administration.
