Travel Assistance Program

Each 12 months the EMERG Student Outreach Program allocates a minimal of $25,000 (USD) in unrestricted funds to assist subsidize pupil journey to AMPP Annual Conference + Expo. Travel Assistance awards are equally distributed amongst candidates, with the utmost quantity allotted per applicant being $300 (USD). Students will likely be notified of journey awards in mid-February.

1. Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to obtain Travel Assistance, college students have to be in attendance on the convention for at least two nights / three days. AMPP has made this journey help obtainable to assist the next college students:

• AMPP EMERG tutorial scholarship recipients*
• Named presenters within the Student Poster Session*
• Named presenters of a paper within the technical program*
  *Note: Only one journey award per poster or session will likely be awarded. Students who meet multiple standards are solely eligible to obtain one journey award.

2. Travel Assistance Redemption @ AMPP Annual Conference + Expo

• Travel Assistance certificates will likely be obtainable for pick-up on the convention (date, time, and site to be decided at a later date) and college students will likely be notified by way of electronic mail with directions.

• Certificates have to be redeemed for money (for worldwide college students) or private verify (for home college students) on the convention Registration desk (date and time to be decided) throughout the AMPP Annual Conference + Expo. A sound picture ID is required and college students will likely be required to finish a W8/W9 kind (Social Security Number required, if relevant). Specific occasions for redemption will likely be indicated on the certificates.
