About this course
All coaching required for gaming staff and gaming managers should be recognised by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) and be delivered by an authorised Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Who wants to finish RSG1?
- New gaming staff — should full RSG1 inside 3 months earlier than or after first appointment by the BOEN system.
Delivery & venue
- Face-to-face (in individual) on the AHA Building, Level 4, 60 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide.
- Two-day course — 9:00 am to five:00 pm on each days.
Booking & cost coverage
- All bookings should be made beneath the Hotel the place the worker is employed.
- Bookings should be authorised by the Venue/Gaming Manager or the individual specified within the Hotel’s Training Policy.
- Non-member accommodations should pay on the time of reserving.
Recognition of prior programs
The earlier standalone items Attend Gaming Machines and Provide Responsible Gambling Services do not meet present necessities.

Progression to RSG2 & RSG3
