Important dates

• The deadline to ebook new reservations, add nights to current reservations, or transfer reservations between inns, within the Work Truck Week discounted room block is 5 p.m. ET on Feb 17, 2026.
• Work Truck Week Housing can solely help with title adjustments, date reductions and cancellations between Feb. 18-24, 2026. Work Truck Week Housing can’t make new reservations, add nights to current reservations, or transfer reservations between inns after 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 17, 2026.
• After Feb. 24, 2026, ALL requests for adjustments and cancellations should undergo the inns immediately.
• A $50 cancellation price might be charged for all room reservations cancelled after 5 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2026.
