• Liberty, James Madison and Marshall joined the American Conference as affiliate members in girls’s swimming & diving starting on July 1, 2025.

• At the Tulane meet, Liberty’s Aly Bozzuto (100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke) and Riley Leach (200 fly, 400 IM) each earned two individual-event victories.

• Aly Bozzuto received the convention title within the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke, whereas ending second within the 50 freestyle.  She was named Most Outstanding Freshman of the Meet.
• Bozzuto and Cannings each represented the Lady Flames within the NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships.
• The Lady Flames had been represented by Maddie Freece, Shannon Icard and Chloe LaCount on the NCAA Zone Championships, with Icard making two finals appearances.
• Sixteenth-year Head Coach Jake Shellenberger has led the Lady Flames from this system’s inception. He has posted a 139-41 dual-meet report, being named CCSA/ASUN Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year seven instances (2012, 2014, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025).
• A program-record seven Lady Flames acquired CSCAA Individual Scholar All-America second crew honors final season, in Aly Bozzuto, Kamryn Cannings, Malia Francis, Maddie Freece, Shannon Icard, Chloe LaCount and Sydney Stricklin.
