Ahead of the seventh AU–EU Summit, scheduled to happen in Luanda, Angola, on 24–25 November 2025, the African Union(AU) and the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to the AU have launched the “#AUEU25 Through Our Lens” Photography Competition as a part of the year-long commemoration marking 25 years of the African Union–European Union (AU–EU) Partnership.
As each Unions put together to fulfill in Luanda to chart the subsequent part of their strategic partnership, the “#AUEU25 Through Our Lens” Photography Competition invitations younger photographers (aged 30 and beneath) from Africa and Europe to seize, via highly effective and artistic imagery, the tales of influence, progress, and collaboration which have formed communities throughout each continents.
