Text description offered by the architects. This home is known as the 10º home as a result of the axis of the facade is tilted 10 levels to the east. This challenge is a renovation of an outdated home. It is a putting instance of latest tropical structure, merging sturdy materials expression with a refined spatial composition. The home reveals a monolithic exterior characterised by board-formed concrete façades that evoke a uncooked but deliberate aesthetic. The texture of the concrete panels—retaining the imprint of the wood formwork—imbues the construction with a tactile high quality, grounding it in materials honesty and craftsmanship. The interaction between strong and void is orchestrated via exactly positioned apertures and deep recesses, permitting managed daylight to filter via whereas sustaining privateness from the road.
