The Warm Home Packs can save households as much as £250 per 12 months on vitality payments. The packs are delivered both by your native council as a part of the Labour Party authorities’s Warm Homes: Local Grant, or funded by charities or group teams.

Richmond Council is also taking part and wrote: “Residents can claim FREE Warm Home Packs to help stay warm and reduce energy costs.”

The packs include a draught excluder for letter boxes, draught excluder for front doors, shower timer, smart plugs and radiator keys.

Tower Hamlets can be giving out heat packs with socks, gloves, hats and blankets.

Cllr Saied Ahmed, Cabinet Member for Resources and Cost of Living stated: “We’ve already distributed millions through earlier phases of the Household Support Fund, and this new funding allows us to go even further.

“Whether it’s a warm meal, a heated space, or help with fuel bills, we want every resident to know you are not alone, and support is available.”
