Males’s Soccer Falls at Indiana

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers males’s soccer (8-6-3, 3-5-2 B1G) fell to No. 25 Indiana (12-5-1, 5-5-0 B1G), 5-0, on the street Friday night time.  

Indiana jumped out to a two-goal lead within the first half. The Scarlet Knights tried to bounce again within the second half, matching the Hoosiers in pictures (6-6) and corners (5-2.  

However, Indiana netted three extra targets to return away with the 5-0 victory.

Game Notes     

• 21 of RU’s 28 targets this season have come from newcomers. Nick Collins (3), Francesco Di Ponzio (2) and Devon Stopek (1) are the lone returners to internet targets thus far, in addition to a staff objective.  
• Ciaran Dalton made 4 save in internet on Friday to remain fifth on the all-time profession saves listing with 230 stops.  
• Dalton is the one Scarlet Knights to play all 90 minutes of all 17 matches this slate.
