Relay performances spotlight opening day of A3 Invite

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Multiple stellar relay performances highlighted the opening day of the A3 Invite because the University of Evansville swimming and diving groups started the 3-day meet.

Thursday Results

Action opened with prelims on Thursday morning with quite a few Purple Aces advancing to the A Finals of their respective occasions. The prime end of the day belonged to the women who took second place within the 400-Medley Relay closing. Ane Madina, Claire Mewbourne, Evelyn Chin, and Grace Moody swam a 3:49.01 within the finals to complete in second place. Their time was simply three seconds off the varsity file.
