WASHINGTON –The Georgetown University males’s and girls’s swimming & diving groups will journey to Morgantown, West Virginia to compete on the West Virginia Invitational. The three-day meet will start on Thursday, November 20, and conclude on Saturday, November 22.
The Hoyas will probably be competing in opposition to Drexel, Duquesne, Toledo, West Virginia and William & Mary.
“We are very excited to head to West Virginia for the WVU Invitational,” stated Head Coach John Carroll. “The team has put in some awesome work this Fall. We have already achieved a lot during our dual meet season, with several outstanding performances. Now, we are looking to add to these performances and also continue to get closer as a team. We have some great competition at the meet and I am pumped to see how we stack up against some of the best teams in the region. This will be a great step towards our goals for BIG EAST Championships at the end of the season. Hoya Saxa!”
