PARKERSBURG — First time exhibitor Michael Mueller can be displaying his images at WesBanco Bank throughout January.

Mueller is a self-taught photographer and opened Michael Mueller Photography about three and a half years in the past.

The Michael Mueller Outdoor Photography exhibit can be on show at WesBanco Bank, 415 Market St. throughout January. The exhibit could also be considered throughout common enterprise hours of Monday by Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to five p.m.

Mueller makes use of Nikon and Canon cameras to take his photographs.

“I love taking pictures of landscapes, sunsets, family photos, weddings, proms, and pets. I got interested in taking photos of people because none of us are promised to be here tomorrow. The memories I capture will be and can last past our lifetime,” he stated.

Mueller was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to West Virginia in 2000. His curiosity in images started when a number of tragedies occurred in his life and he realized that the images he had of those individuals had been very valuable to him. His ideas had been that different individuals may gain advantage from holding on to photos of family members too and his private photographs of family members sparked his curiosity in images.

“Since I have started taking pictures on a professional level I have fallen in love with capturing people’s memories and sharing their photos with them,” he stated.
