UC Davis Swim & Dive Captain Ella Palmer Named Nominee for Allstate NACDA Good Works Team

CLEVELAND, Ohio. — UC Davis swim and dive senior captain Ella Palmer has been named one in every of 180 nominees for the 2025-26 Allstate NACDA Good Works Team (Winter), an honor that acknowledges student-athletes throughout all divisions who excel each within the pool and of their communities.

The annual award, offered by Allstate and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), highlights student-athletes who show distinctive dedication to neighborhood service, educational success, and athletic efficiency. Nominees for the winter season come from 15 completely different sports activities, together with swimming and diving, basketball, wrestling, indoor observe & discipline, and bowling.

A variety committee made up of athletics administrators, former student-athletes, and business leaders will select a remaining 20-member staff, made up of 10 males and 10 ladies, with one student-athlete serving because the staff captain.
