NAPERVILLE – Augustana junior Tyler Leslie and Carthage sophomore Devon Kuhn had been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Swimming & Diving Student-Athletes of the Week following their performances in twin competitors final Saturday.
Swimming: Tyler Leslie, Augustana
The Aurora, Ill. native helped lead the Vikings to twin victories over Monmouth (221-14) and Coe (207-64) final Saturday.
Leslie recorded wins in each the 100-yard backstroke and the 100-yard butterfly. He posted instances of 52.13 within the 100 again and 50.89 within the 100 fly, with each swims marking personal-best performances.
