Men’s Swimming & Diving’s Namakonov and Siegfried Win ASUN Men’s Swimmer and Diver of the Week

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – University of Delaware males’s swimming & diving seniors Matvei Namakonov and Kevin Siegfried earned Atlantic Sun Men’s Swimmer and Men’s Diver of the Week, respectively, for the week of January 20, the convention introduced Tuesday.
 
The two student-athletes earn the nod after serving to their squad to a 201-99 victory over George Mason of their closing dwelling twin meet of their profession.
 
Namakonov completed first in all 4 occasions he competed in throughout his closing dwelling twin meet of his profession in a win over George Mason. He began off the day swimming the breaststroke portion of the 200-medley relay, ending with a 21.70 break up. The senior returned to the pool to swim the 50-free, doing so at 19.89.
