Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the first case supervisor for USA Swimming National Board of Review complaints, discrimination complaints, and retaliation complaints in assist of the Associate General Counsel, the Director, Safe Sport, and USA Swimming’s volunteer Ethics Committee. 
• Assist in Safe Sport instances, in assist of the Director, Safe Sport.
• Answer calls and on-line studies in a well timed trend and help with triaging and offering steering and sources.  
• Ensure compliance with all obligatory reporting necessities.  
• Manage case logs, together with making ready studies, reviewing noteworthy developments, monitoring info, and sustaining data on all instances.
• Coordinate with the Director, Safe Sport and Associate General Counsel, to speak to all related events on progress and standing of complaints, inquiries, investigations, listening to procedures, appeals, and ultimate resolutions.
• Provide session to golf equipment, coaches, and oldsters on National Board of Review, Safe Sport, and Ethics Committee questions and considerations.

Other Duties:

• Support the operations of the National Board of Review and Ethics Committees.

Salary & Benefits:
