Girls’s Hockey closes out common season with two video games at No. 4 Penn State

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT girls’s hockey group closes out the common season with a pair of Atlantic Hockey America video games at No. 4 Penn State on Feb. 13-14. Friday’s sport begins at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday’s sport begins at 2:00 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT:

RIT cut up a pair of video games towards Syracuse, shedding 3-2 at Syracuse on Friday and profitable 4-2 at dwelling the next day. Sophomore ahead Kailey Favro is fifth on the group with 19 factors (4g, 15a) and Rulle is sixth with 17 factors (10g, 7a).

 

Pickering leads the group with 76 blocked photographs. First 12 months defender Laura Dyke is second with 42 blocks and sophomore defender Madison Buziak is third with 41 blocks. First 12 months defender Riley Gramlich is fourth with 39 blocked photographs.

 

Bellina is 13-13 with a 2.54 goals-against common and a .915 save proportion, whereas McNamara is 2-3 with a 1.72 goals-against common and a .943 save proportion.

Penn State enters the weekend first within the AHA standings with a 21-1-0 convention document and 64 factors. The Nittany Lions swept a pair of convention video games at Lindenwood, profitable 6-3 on Friday and 5-0 the next day. DeSa is 22-2-0 this season. She leads the AHA with a 1.26 goals-against common and a .936 save proportion. She is eighth within the convention averaging 17.71 saves per sport.

 

RIT VS. PENN STATE:

Penn State is 41-19-7 all-time towards RIT. The Nittany Lions swept a pair of video games in Rochester on Nov. 21-22. Junior defender Emma Pickering scored a pair of objectives and junior Addie Alvarez had two assists within the 5-3 loss on Nov. 21. Senior ahead Jaidan Fahrny scored two objectives and Keranen had two assists in a 4-3 loss the next day.
