Section 22F. The provisions of this part shall not apply to any certificates, service or work required by chapters fifty to fifty-six, inclusive, or by chapter sixty-six. The price or cost being collected instantly previous to acceptance of this part for any license, allow, certificates service or work might be utilized till a brand new price or cost is mounted beneath this part.

The provisions of this part could also be accepted in a metropolis by a vote of the town council, with the approval of the mayor if that’s the case required by regulation, and in a city by vote of the city assembly, or by vote of the city council in cities with no city assembly.
