Making Food Fun
- Aim for at the least 4 colours of the rainbow in your baby’s plate.
- Pair veggies with hummus, yogurt, ketchup, or ranch dressing to extend acceptance.
- Let your baby choose one new fruit or vegetable on the grocery retailer every week.
- Kids who wash, stir, or chop (safely) usually tend to attempt what they make.
- A chunk licked, smelled, or touched nonetheless “counts” as publicity. Praise the hassle, not the end result.
Ways to Add Veggies for Picky Eaters
Smoothies
- Blend spinach, kale, or carrots with fruits like bananas or berries.
