SPRINGFIELD – Freshman Kiefer Roemer has formally been introduced as a 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships qualifier within the 100-yard breaststroke. He additionally obtained the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s Freshman of the Year award after the Missouri State males’s swimming and diving workforce earned the 2026 MVC title – its twenty second whole convention championship.

“We are very excited for Kiefer and our program to be represented at the NCAA championships. He has been very consistent and locked in from day one so to see him get this opportunity is a great way to wrap up the season,” acknowledged head coach Dave Collins.
