Interboro’s Kauffman dives to fourth-place medal

Interboro divers made it two medals in as many days on the PIAA Class 2A Championships, with Aubrey Kauffman ending fourth within the women competitors on Saturday at Bucknell University.

Kauffman scored 394.45 factors, two factors forward of Gwen Schwendeman of Schuylkill Valley. Hampton senior Gab Elk received the occasion with a rating of 452.75 factors. Second was Upper Moreland’s Justine Frantz.

Kauffman joins Kylie Arnot, who picked up a fourth straight states medal on Friday with silver within the boys competitors.

Cardinal O’Hara introduced residence one other medal on the fourth and remaining day of state swimming. Brady Turner positioned sixth within the boys 500 freestyle at Kinney Natatorium. Luca Merkle, Hunter Zimmerman, Brady Turner and Kutufaris comprised the quartet, Kutufaris splitting 46.58 on the anchor.
