RESULTS
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Calvin ladies’s swimming and diving crew opened competitors on the NCAA III Swimming and Diving Championships on Wednesday.
The Knights had three particular person swims and one relay swim within the morning prelims.
Calvin opened the day within the 500 freestyle. Sophomore Zoe Poe (Bridgeville, Pa./South Fayette Twp.) was 30th within the 5000 freestyle in a time of 5:02.87.
Senior Meghan Bengelink (Holland, Mich./Holland Christian HS) took 46th (23.82) and junior Elise Bajwa (Bethesda, Md./Brookewood School) 53rd (24.11) within the 50 freestyle.
Calvin then competed within the 400 medley relay. Seeded 23rd, the Knights positioned 18th in a time of three:49.65. The Knights missed a spot within the comfort finals by simply two locations.
