Audition slots out there by appointment; Tuesday, May fifth between 6:30 and 9:00pm at Bainbridge Performing Arts (200 Madison Ave. N, Bainbridge Island) and Wednesday, May sixth between 6:30 and 9:00pm at Theatre Puget Sound (TPS – Armory, 305 Harrison St, Seattle, Studio E) in Seattle
Callbacks can be held in individual by invitation on Saturday, May ninth from 11:30am-4:30pm at Bainbridge Performing Arts
REHEARSALS
Rehearsals can be August eleventh – September thirtieth and can be 4 days per week (Mon, Tues & Thurs evenings and Sat days – may be topic to alter). A extra full rehearsal schedule can be offered at callbacks. All rehearsals and performances will happen on Bainbridge Island.
Performances can be October 1st-Twenty fifth, 2026 – 7:30pm night exhibits, one 2:00pm Saturday matinee on 10/3 and three:00pm Sunday matinees, at Bainbridge Performing Arts on Bainbridge Island.

ABOUT BPA
Bainbridge Performing Arts is positioned on Bainbridge Island, a brief stroll from the ferry terminal. The 35-minute ferry leaves from Colman dock on the Seattle waterfront and walk-on ferry passes can be offered for our Seattle-area forged members for rehearsals and performances. Mileage reimbursements can be offered to our non-ferry driving forged members.
Bainbridge Performing Arts is happy to supply a $400 stipend to all performers forged in our Mainstage productions, in recognition of the time and vitality required to take part. While this stipend is meant to assist offset the price of participation, it isn’t a wage or wage and doesn’t represent employment. Participation stays a volunteer engagement, and the stipend is offered as a token of appreciation on your contribution to the inventive lifetime of our group.

SYNOPSIS
Fun Home incorporates a small, character-driven forged led by three variations of Alison Bechdel (Adult, Medium, Small) navigating reminiscences of her closeted father, Bruce, and her mom, Helen. Key roles embody the complicated dad and mom, Alison’s brothers Christian and John, and her past love, Joan. The musical requires robust appearing and vocal expertise, with themes of reminiscence, household, and LGBTQ+ id.
CHARACTERS
Alison (Adult): (Mezzo-Soprano) The narrator, a lesbian cartoonist wanting again at her childhood.
