On December 23, starting at 11:15 a.m. for around 20 minutes, Mr. Iwaya Takeshi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, conversed via telephone with H.E. Cho Tae-yul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea (ROK). The outline of the telephone discussions is as follows.
