Role Description
We are looking for a cordial and professional Concierge to become part of our team in Victor, United States. As a Concierge, you will represent our organization, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Welcome and support guests, visitors, and residents with a friendly and inviting attitude
- Offer information regarding local attractions, dining options, and services
- Address guest inquiries and requests swiftly and effectively
- Organize reservations for dining, transport, and entertainment
- Collaborate with various departments to meet guest needs
- Oversee building security and safety systems
- Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep precise records and logs of guest interactions and requests
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Work alongside team members to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Stay updated on local events and attractions to provide current recommendations
- $16-$18 hourly
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English
- Strong customer service focus with a congenial and understanding demeanor
- Competence in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
