Marketed by the creator as a “world’s first,” the AYANEO 3 will incorporate “Magic Modules” – swappable controller components that claim to provide a wide array of options suitable for all game genres.

For instance, you can attach a module equipped with a D-pad alongside another featuring a six-button setup, delivering the ideal arrangement for fighting games. Additional variants include trackpads, joysticks, and more.

This is undeniably a fascinating notion and should offer an unparalleled level of customization and command. However, its achievement will depend on how smoothly AYANEO can implement the module swaps.

Another consideration is that although AYANEO’s devices are of superior quality and performance, they tend to be rather costly.

The AYANEO 3 is set to launch in 2025. It will present options for Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Ryzen 7 8840U chipsets, along with two display formats: 7″ / 1080p / 120hz LCD with VRR and 7″ / 1080p / 144hz OLED.
