Heels on the Field: The Dynamic World of UNC Athletics

The men’s squad triumphed with a score of 211-81.5, dominating the podium 11 times. Martin Kartavi (19.70) ascended into a tie for ninth place in the 50-Yard Free.

The women’s team emerged victorious as well, winning 178-114. They claimed victory in 8 separate events and achieved four all-time top ten performances. Mary Macaulay (1:56.29) and Taylor Bloom (1:56.35) placed ninth and tenth respectively in the 200-Yard Fly all-time. Emma Karam (1:54.72) advanced to seventh all-time in the 200-Yard Back. Lastly, Georgia Nel (48.38) reached sixth all-time in the 100-Yard Free.
