About the job
Our Field Service team is expanding by adding 5 positions throughout the West Coast of the United States. The Field Service Technician is on-call 24/7 for field service work, troubleshooting, and service training at customer sites for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components such as decanters, high-speed separators, or heat exchangers to guarantee dependable operation, optimal performance, and efficiency.
This role includes executing preventive maintenance, emergency, and warranty repairs. Must effectively manage travel expenditures and operational costs connected with field service visits.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on Separators, Decanters, and Heat exchangers

Install, initiate, and decommission equipment in accordance with company and client safety protocols aligned with OSHA requirements

Conduct trial test runs post-completion of tasks to confirm that performance metrics and quality adhere to set standards

Document services rendered and components utilized for billing purposes

Counsel operators and customer line technicians/maintenance personnel on safe operational practices around equipment

Execute preventive maintenance service calls on client equipment

Support customer maintenance personnel with technical and procedural troubleshooting methodologies
