“You have a prolonged and appalling file of misconduct. You haven’t addressed the underlying reason for this for a few years, that’s your drug and alcohol downside. Given your way of life and your capacity to earn cash, your hurt and danger has not moved. This was an appalling incident which has precipitated lengthy lasting and devastating penalties.”
