Softball Honors 11 NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes

OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton softball crew had 11 gamers honored as 2024-25 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, as introduced by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association on Friday, Aug. 8.
 
The 11 Bluejays to earn the celebrated honor included: Ella Dalton, Lynn Davis, Annika Dugenske, Mazie Flud, Kenzie Nakasawa, Brooklyn Patchen, Erika Perez, Hannah Poole, Kenzie Schopfer, Sydra Seville and Elliot Smith.
 
Student-athletes who achieved a 3.5 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale have been eligible for the person honor. The rankings and honors acknowledge the tutorial prowess of softball groups throughout the Association’s membership classes. Overall, 9,199 student-athletes (NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA and JUCO) garnered Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2024-25 tutorial yr, greater than a 1,000 student-athlete improve from a yr in the past.
 
The Bluejays additionally earned a crew tutorial award after accrued a 3.40 GPA in the course of the 2024-25 tutorial yr with Perez, Poole and Schopfer incomes 4.0 GPA’s in the course of the fall semester.
