Description: The Division of Communications employs a number of photographers to seize compelling pictures that showcase the vibrancy of the Carleton group. This place will doc a variety of campus life, together with athletics, pupil life, portraits, campus surroundings, and performing arts, to be used in print, digital, and social media communications. While on the job, college students will obtain intensive suggestions, take part in pictures workshops, and finally exit the place with a robust visible portfolio.

Responsibilities:
—Photograph campus life to be used print, digital, and social media communications.
—Edit and add photographs to Carleton’s picture archive for campus use.
—Generate picture protection concepts; develop private picture initiatives.
—Attend biweekly one-on-one conferences with supervision; attend biweekly workforce conferences with different pupil photographers.

Work Hours:
—Up to 10 hours per week.
—Meeting time counts towards paid hours.

Required Qualifications:
—Strong digital pictures abilities.
—Familiarity with the picture modifying course of.
—Ability to constantly meet deadlines.
